very upset that hotel does not have my booking with the hotel. guest does not have the room when he reached the hotel and no room at all and need to go to other hotel last minute. contacted trip.com and they mentioned they have communication breakdown with the hotel and need to revert back. nothing the hotel can do too as its fully booked. so dont know is trip.com issue or the hotel issue. overall, very upset thou we got refunded and apology from trip.com

J'ai passer un séjour agréable au crystal Palace de Douala . L'un des meilleurs hôtels de la ville. Durant ce séjour, j'ai été plefer par son architecture, ces chambres luxueuses et spacieux, pas la qualité du service mis en place sans tout fois oublié l'accueil chaleureux de son personnel.par ailleurs il a quelques petites améliorations. Mis à part cet améliorations, le crystal Palace est un hôtel recommandé à tout les visiteurs voulant un agréable séjour.
